We offer exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date for eligible items. You may exchange your purchase for another item or receive a gift card to use in-store or online. We do not offer money-back refunds.


We cover shipping for your replacement item. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us.

Before you Begin

Does My Item Qualify?

To qualify for an exchange, please make sure that:

  • Your purchase was made within the last 30-days.
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • The item is unused and undamaged.
  • The item has not been altered, tailored, or otherwise modified.
  • You have your receipt or proof of purchase for purchases made in our physical store.

    “All items are inspected. Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible for an exchange or gift card.”

How to Exchange

  1. Contact us before sending your item. Use the contact options below so we can help arrange your exchange.
  2. Mail your item in its original packaging with tags attached and your receipt or proof of purchase. You can also bring it to our store.

  3. Once we inspect your item and confirm eligibility, we’ll help you exchange it for another item or receive a gift card.


Prefer to visit us?

If you’re nearby, bring your eligible item to our store with its original packaging, attached tags, and receipt or proof of purchase. The same 30-day exchange requirements apply.
