Chacho's Kids Co. ™ ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

DAMAGES
Chacho's Kids Co. ™ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Our products can be returned within 30 DAYS of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or we can issue a Gift Card for In-Store or Online Credit. No Money Back.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 DAYS
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn’t used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
- The item has not been modified with a seamstress or at a tailor shop
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
